Like many couples who entrust me to document their wedding day, I met Audrey and Daniel for the first time at their engagement photoshoot. Now, if I am honest, sometimes these shoots can feel a little like a blind date. I wasn’t expecting to absolutely fall in love with these two, but I did. They are the most kind, selfless individuals who have a way of making everyone around them feel special, loved, and appreciated. It has been absolutely wonderful to get to know them. They go above and beyond for one another and for everyone they know and if anyone can make it all the way to old age together it will be Audrey and Daniel. I have no doubts they found their Happily-ever-after person in one another.

The morning of their wedding started with laughter spilling out of the farmhouse where Audrey and her all her girls were getting ready, old-school 90’s music was playing, while finishing touches to hair and make-up were made. Out in the barn, the groom and his crew were busy making jokes, playing some pool, and relaxing with one another. They shared a beatiful and intimate first look and everyone’s nerves calmed. Even their beautiful goldens Hero and Oakley were full of excitement.

When it was finally time for the ceremony, the light poured in perfectly, wrapping around them like it was part of the celebration. They couldn’t stop smiling. Honestly, no one could.

After the “I do’s,” guests spilled out onto the lawn for cocktails, lawn games, and chatting while we snuck off for portraits around the property. Between the romantic smiles, wildflowers , and sunshine, every photo felt perfect.

The evening rolled right into dinner, laughter, and a packed dance floor under the glow of string lights and beautiful barn chandeliers. By the time the sun dipped low, everyone was dancing, happy, and full of love, the way a summer wedding should end.

A day full of laughter, sunshine, and two people who couldn’t have been more excited to start forever together.
